30-night ‘Head-Over-Heels’ Guarantee
Whilst most people will instantly fall in love with their Wombat Warmth Big Blanket, for some, it may take longer. However, if you find that big blankets just simply aren’t for you; fear not, we offer a 30-night ‘head-over-heels’ guarantee. This means that if you contact us within 30 days after your product arrives, and aren’t head-over-heels in love with your order, we will offer a full refund.
To return an item, go to our Contact page, fill out the inquiry form, and one of our Customer Care Champions will get back to you as soon as they can.
Sadly, there are people out there who try to take advantage of small businesses such as us, that offer these guarantees. As such, all refund requests need to be accompanied by a proof of purchase (this will most likely be the receipt that we emailed you after your order was processed).
When returning your item, we ask that it be returned in the original unused condition that it arrived in; this includes (but is not limited to) being free from any stains, odours, animal fur/hairs, human hair, skin flakes, soilage, debris, or in any other condition that the blanket was not in when originally delivered. We also ask that you include the original packaging, with any insert cards for your return to be accepted. If your order arrives not in its original unused condition, or without its original packaging, we will be unable to issue a refund. Whether the condition of the blanket is deemed to be in its original unused condition will be determined at the sole discretion of Wombat Warmth.
Items refunded will be refunded at the price at which they were sold. The funds will be sent to the original credit/debit card on which the purchase was made, or the original credit/debit card holder.
Warranty
We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products blankets and are confident of their quality. However, whilst it is very unlikely, if you do have issues with your product after the 30-day period, you may be eligible for a replacement or a free repair. We set a high standard when it comes to the quality of our products, as such, to give you confidence when you shop with us, we offer a 1-year warranty period on any Wombat Warmth products. The warranty date commences from the date your product is delivered to you after your original purchase and lasts one calendar year thereafter.
This warranty covers defects as a direct result of workmanship or the materials of the product. Our warranty does not cover the following (this is an illustrative list and is not comprehensive):
• Normal wear and tear expected from regular use of home products.
• Abnormal use, unrecommended use, abuse, or misuse that causes defects to the product.
• Any non ‘first-hand’ or ‘new’ Wombat Warmth products.
For warranty claims, we will ask for proof of purchase. This will most likely be your receipt that you received when your order was placed. Without a proof of purchase, unfortunately, we will be unable to process your warranty claim. If the defect with the product is minor, we may elect to repair the product (at the sole discretion of Wombat Warmth) at no cost to you. If the fault is major you may be eligible for a replacement blanket, at no charge to you.

We may ask for photographs of your product, further information, or to physically inspect the blanket in order to assess your claim.
