What is a Weighted Blanket?
A Wombat Warmth weighted blanket spreads a deep and even pressure across your body, helping you settle down and relax.
Weighted blankets are used for sleeping more deeply, reducing anxiety, or just unwinding after a stressful day.
We like to say that our weighted blankets are better than a nice big hug from Grandma.
Which Weight Should I Get?
We offer 5kg an 7kg options. A rule of thumb is whichever is closest to 10% of your body weight.
Which Blanket Should I Get?
Our Sherpa Weighted Blanket is designed to be used for relaxing on the sofa, in an armchair, or wherever you feel most comfortable (hot cuppa optional); but it’s also a great choice to sleep with as well.
Our Cotton Weighted Blanket is designed to be used on your bed, to help you get the restful and relaxing night’s sleep you deserve, so you’re recharged and ready to seize the day tomorrow.
That’s how we use them, but it’s up to you!
Can I Get a Weighted Blanket for my Child?
We don’t currently have a children’s blankets, so we don’t recommend our products be used by children under the age of nine-years-old.
Whilst weighted blankets are very safe and have stress-relieving benefits for teenagers and adults, they can be unsafe for young children.
How Big are Your Weighted Blankets?
Our weighted blankets are 200cm x 150cm.
We offer them in two weights: 5kg and 7kg.
How Fast is Delivery?
Our deliver times are typically:
East Coast Cities and Adelaide: 1 - 5 days.
Perth and Darwin: 6 - 10 days
Regional VIC, NSW, SA, ACT: 4 - 8 Days
Regional TAS, QLD, NT, WA: 5 - 14 Days
