Wombat Warmth Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wombat Warmth are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
 To enter, participants must:

• Follow @wombatwarmth on Instagram.
  
• Tag a friend in the giveaway post.
  
• For a BONUS entry, share the post to your Instagram story and tag @wombatwarmth.
  

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on 8th of May, and ends on 20th May at 8pm AEST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. Prize Details
The prize consists of:

• 1x Sherpa Weighted Blanket
  
• 1x Cotton Weighted Blanket (weight of your choice, subject to availability)

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product. The total prize value is $438.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

The winner will be announced on our Instagram stories and contacted via Direct Message (DM) within 7 days of the giveaway ending. If the winner does not respond to the DM within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Fulfillment
Once the winner has been confirmed, the prize will be shipped to the address provided. Shipping is free of charge within Australia.

7. Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Wombat Warmth to use their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes, including the announcement of the winner on Instagram and other social media channels.

8. Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this giveaway and for fulfilling the prize. By entering, you consent to Wombat Warmth collecting and using your details for this purpose. We do not share personal information with third parties unless required for prize fulfillment.

9. General Conditions

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
  

• Wombat Warmth reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any technical issues or fraud are detected.
  

• By entering this giveaway, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  

• Wombat Warmth is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the prize or by technical issues that may prevent participation.
  
  

10. Disqualification
Wombat Warmth reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, tampering, or violating the official rules of the giveaway.

11. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

12. Skill-based Competitions

This giveaway is based purely on chance (random draw) and does not involve any skill-based elements or gambling. In Victoria, a permit is only required for competitions that involve gambling or require a skill-based entry. Since this competition is not skill-based and doesn't involve any purchase, it is not subject to these regulations.

13. No Purchase Necessary

In line with Australian Consumer Law, entry into this giveaway does not require any purchase or payment. Participation is completely free, and you can enter without buying anything. If a purchase were required to enter, the competition would be classified as a "trade promotion" and would be subject to different rules.
